Enrollia is a Lisbon-based information and advisory service that helps families discover private and international schools in Portugal and receive alerts about admissions windows. We are not affiliated with schools unless a listing is marked “Partner”. We do not collect school fees and we do not decide admissions - schools do.
Legal entity & imprint: ITTOYS, LDA, Estrada de Paço de Arcos, 66, 2735-336 Lisbon, Portugal • NIF 517422085.
Alerts subscription - we monitor admissions-related updates and notify you when something relevant matches your filters (age/grade/curriculum/location).
Multi-request submission - at your instruction we prepare and deliver your inquiry to selected schools on your behalf.
Concierge advisory - independent guidance on school fit, timing and coordination of calls/visits; we help you compare options.
We also offer partner visibility to schools (sponsored listings) and commercial models such as CPL (per qualified inquiry) or CPA (upon successful enrollment). This never changes facts or our neutrality commitments (see §9).
3. Who can use Enrollia
You must be 18+ to purchase services. If you provide information about a child, keep it minimal (age/grade/program needs). Please do not include sensitive health data.
4. Sharing your inquiry with schools
When you click “Send to school” or instruct us to contact schools, you authorize us to share your inquiry and selected information with those schools for admissions purposes. Enrollia and schools act as independent controllers. Schools may contact you only about admissions and must obtain their own consent for marketing.
Prices are shown at checkout, inclusive of applicable taxes unless noted. Invoices are issued in EUR. For EU consumers, prices include applicable VAT. For EU B2B with a valid VAT number outside Portugal, reverse charge may apply.
Subscriptions renew automatically[monthly/quarterly/annually as shown at checkout] until cancelled. We email a renewal reminder at least 7 days before renewal. You can cancel in one click from your account or by emailing hello@enrollia.pt. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
We charge only for our services. We never collect school fees.

8. Fair use
To protect quality, we set reasonable limits (for example: number of schools per multi-request, number of follow-ups, alert frequency) and block misuse, spam or automation.
9. Ranking and sponsorship
Default sorting prioritizes relevance (fit by age/curriculum, location/commute, profile freshness, measured interest). Partner status may improve visibility but never changes factual content or our editorial notes.
Neutrality. Concierge advice is based on fit (age/curriculum/location/needs). Commercial arrangements (sponsored visibility, CPL/CPA) do not change facts or our advice. Sponsored listings are always labeled “Sponsored”.
Transparency: how we rank & how we get paid
Default sorting - relevance: fit by age/curriculum, location/commute, profile freshness, aggregate parent interest.
Sponsored visibility - partner schools may receive enhanced prominence and are always labeled "Sponsored". This never changes facts or editorial notes.
Independent advice - concierge recommendations are based on fit, not commercial terms. Editorial and commercial settings are separated.
How we get paid - parents pay for alerts, multi-request and concierge. Schools, under contract, may pay for Sponsored visibility, CPL (per valid lead with a dispute window) and CPA (upon actual enrollment with attribution/clawback windows defined in contract). We do not take school fees and we never add mark-ups to tuition.
10. Listings, corrections, accessibility and takedowns
We use school names nominatively for identification. Profiles contain factual data from public sources and our editorial summaries. If you represent a school and see an inaccuracy, use “Report a correction” or email hello@enrollia.pt.
Notice & Action. To report inaccuracies or unlawful content, email legal@enrollia.pt with URLs and evidence. We acknowledge within 3 business days and aim to resolve within 14 days, depending on complexity.
Point of contact for authorities and trusted flaggers:legal@enrollia.pt
Accessibility. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA. For accessibility requests, contact hello@enrollia.pt.
